 We can produce 19500 tons of 2-Octanol per year. 2-Octanol is the main raw material for some of some esters. In organic chemistry, it is used as soluent, dehydrater and antibubbling agent; in coal industry, it is used as floatation agent; in farming chemical industry, it is used as floatation agent; in farming chemical industry, it is used for producing emulsifier; in chemical fiber industry, it is used as fiber oil; in perfume oil; in perfume industry, it is used for producing intermediates.
